Agrawal Order On Board 11/08/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that respondent No.4 is illegally and unauthorizedly operating the Fuel Station on N.H.43 for which the petitioner has made representation before the respondent authorities, which has not been considered and decided till now.

(3) Be that as it may, respondent authorities are directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
