Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite report lodged in the police station and notice sent to the Superintendent of Police, offence has not been registered against those, who dispossessed the petitioner from her dwelling house and also used criminal force and violence.
Learned State counsel submits that the Station House Officer shall act in accordance with law laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others, 2008 (7) SCC 164.
In view of the above, the petition is disposed off with a direction to the Station House Officer, Gorella to act in accordance with law as per the directions of the Supreme Court in the case of Lalita Kumari (supra).
