1. This is first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking grant of regular bail to the applicant in connection with Crime No. 21 of 2015 registered at P.S. Anti Corruption Bureau, Raipur, Distt. Raipur (C.G) for the offence punishable under Sections 13(1) (e) & Section 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
2. As per the prosecution case, when a raid was conducted in the house of applicant, it was found that he was in possession of disproportionate assets over and above his actual income and thereafter he was arrested and the investigation was carried out and after investigation, the charge sheet has been filed.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant during interrogation has placed all the documents on record to show the source of income as the son and daughter of the applicant both are working and earning and he has availed different loans from different financial institutions and the
evaluation of the property has been highly inflated. He further submits that the charge sheet in this case has been filed and the applicant is in jail since 01.07.2016, therefore, the applicant may be enlarged on bail.
4. Per contra, learned State Counsel opposes the bail.
5. Perused the case diary and documents. Voluminous documents have been filed alongwith the charge sheet.

Considering the fact that the charge sheet in this case has been filed alongwith voluminous documents which are on record and all the evidence which is available in this case is documentary in nature and further taking into degree of allegations and as it appears that the applicant has cooperated during investigation and the trial may take some time, I am inclined to allow this bail application.
7. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond in sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned trial Court. He shall also appear before the trial Court as and when directed by the said Court.
