Learned counsel appearing for the State and respondent No. 2 would submit that the petitioner has a remedy of filing the revision before the Commissioner.

In view of that, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to prefer a revision before the Commissioner.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

The petitioner is permitted to prefer a revision before the Commissioner. If such a revision is filed, the Commissioner would do well and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of filing of the revision after hearing the parties.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
