Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 18/07/2017 The petitioner has challenged the legality and validity of transfer order dated 05/07/2014.

This court, appreciating the submission that without any request of the petitioner, he was transferred on his own request, stayed the effect and operation of the transfer order on 19/12/2014. The interim order is still continuing though the transfer order has not been given effect to.

In this view of the matter, at this distance of time, it is directed that the impugned order shall not be given effect to against the petitioner. However, the

respondents are at liberty to pass fresh transfer order in the administrative exigency.
