1. Heard.
2. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.15/2015 registered at Police Station Chirmiri, Distt. Korea for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the IPC.
3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that the applicant is said to have obtained Rs.2,50,000/- for getting the complainant Rahul Kashyap, who is an employee of SECL, transferred from one area to another.
4. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and after taking into account the earlier criminal antecedents of the applicant, I do not find any ground to grant bail to the applicant. The application is, therefore, rejected. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge Soma
