Mr. P. K. Bhaduri, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that despite all attempts, the petitioner could not be contacted, therefore, he has no instructions in the matter.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. However, learned counsel for the petitioner is at liberty to revive the petition if the petitioner contacts him and makes a request for revival of the writ petition.
