1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the order of transfer Annexure P-1 dated 26.02.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from the post of MIS, Office of District Education Officer, Ambikapur to Lecturer, Govt. Higher Secondary School, Chingnar, Block Farasgaon, District Kondagaon.

2. Contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner joined at the present place of posting i.e. at Ambikapur only around 6 months back and therefore, the impugned order would amount to a

frequent transfer of the petitioner in as much as he has now been shifted to a different far away location barely in 6 months time.

3. Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner make a fresh representation to respondent no.1 within a period of 20 days from today. On such representation being filed, respondent no.1 shall re-consider the case of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order at the earliest. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the respondents shall not give effect to the impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 26.02.2019 so far as the petitioner is concerned.
