1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 26.02.2019 whereby the services of the petitioner has been transferred from the post of Incharge District Education Officer, Kondagaon to the Govt. Higher Secondary School, Kondagaon, District Kondagaon.

2. Since the dispute revolved around the case is only in respect of the place of posting of the petitioner, which according to the petitioner, the place where the petitioner is being transferred, no such school is in existence.

-23. Given the said submission, let the petitioner make a representation to the respondent No.1 in this regard within a period of 10 days from today and the respondent No.1 in turn shall decide the same objectively.

4. It is expected that the respondents shall resolve the dispute by taking appropriate steps at the earliest and pass a suitable order.

5. Till such a decision is taken by the respondents, let status quo be maintained as is exists today.
