1. Heard.

2. The petitioner would assail the order passed by the Chhattisgarh State Scheduled Tribe Commission directing the Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Bilaspur to reinstate respondent No.4 as Salesman in Seva Sahkari Samiti Maryadit, Tikari, Branch Masturi, District Bilaspur.

3. The order- Annexure P/1 is neither addressed to the petitioner nor the writ petition has been filed by the employer i.e. Seva Sarhari Samiti Maryadit, Tikari, Branch Masturi, District Bilaspur.

4. The petitioner, who has preferred this petition in his individual capacity, is not entitled to maintain this petition, because, he is not personally aggrieved in service dispute between the employee and respondent No.4-Society.
