1. Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.33/2017, registered at Police Station: Anti Corruption Bureau, Bilaspur, for the offence punishable under Sections 13(1)(d) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, the applicant has filed this application under Section 438 of the CrPC for grant of anticipatory bail.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to surrender and file regular bail application before the jurisdictional criminal court, in accordance with law.
