Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 08/06/2021

1. Challenge in the present writ petition is to the alleged illegal removal of the petitioner from the post of Rojgar Sahayak.

2. Perusal of records would show that the petitioner has already approached the District Collector under the Chhattisgarh Gramin Rojgar Guarantee Sikayat Nivaran Niyam 2012, against the order of removal which stands rejected vide order dated 22.02.2021. Under the said Rule, there is a provision for preferring an appeal to the

Commissioner against the order of the Collector.

3. Given the said facts that there is an alternative remedy available to the petitioner, the writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the Divisional Commissioner for ventilating her grievances against the order passed by the District Collector dated 22.02.2021. Upon an appeal being preferred to the Divisional Commissioner, it is expected that the Divisional Commissioner shall take a decision at the earliest.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Jyotijha
