1. The Counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that the writ petition at this juncture be disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 to decide the representation that they have made against the alleged recovery that was made in the year 2016.

Given the limited prayer that the petitioner has made, the writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
