Order On Board 15/07/2015 Learned counsel for the applicant submits that though earlier the application was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to apply for grant of regular bail, now the applicant has moved second bail application as one of the accused Begeshwari Sahu was granted anticipatory bail by the Supreme Court. Learned counsel submits that the case of the other co-accused who has been granted bail is identical as that of the present applicant.

On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that from the order of the Supreme Court, it is apparent that the Court had taken into consideration that the applicant therein was a female having 10 months old baby in her lap. 3.

Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the parties and that the applicant who was granted bail by the Supreme Court was a female having 10 months old baby in her lap, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant.

The application is therefore rejected. However, considering that the other coaccused have been granted bail, it is directed that if the applicant surrenders and apply for grant of regular bail, the Court below shall decide the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of three days.
