After revocation of the suspension order, petitioner has been posted in Govt. High School, Savag, Block Kusmi. The only ground of challenge to the order is that the posting of the petitioner in Block Kusmi is likely to danger his life because number of persons belonging to one community are likely to harm his life and limb. 2.

The ground on which challenge is made is essentially a matter for assessment for the administration. However, taking into consideration the peculiar ground, the Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Balrampur-

Ramanujganj may consider grievance of the petitioner and decide within a period of three weeks whether the grievance of the petitioner is genuine or not. On the basis of decision that may be taken, the competent authority may pass appropriate orders.

For a period of three weeks from today, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
