1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the non-granting of the subsistence allowance.
2. The State in their reply have come up with a categorical stand that the entire unpaid subsistence allowance has been released to the petitioner and they have also undertaken to pay regular subsistence allowance to the petitioner.
3. In view of the reply filed by the State, this Court is of the opinion that the matter has since become infructuous.
