(2) This contempt petition has been filed by the applicant herein, alleging non-compliance of this Court's order dated 25.10.2016 passed in W.P.(S) No.1876 of 2016.

(3) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant, I deem it appropriate to give one opportunity to the respondent/contemnor to ensure compliance of this Court's order dated 25.10.2016 passed by this Court.

(4) Learned counsel for the applicant may also make additional representation along with the copy of this order within ten days from today before the respondents and, in turn, the respondent shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 25.10.2016 in its letter and

spirit.

(5) With the aforesaid direction, the contempt case stands finally disposed of.
