Petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking payment of subsistence allowance during the period of suspension in the year 2007 to 2009. 2.

At the outset Shri Himanshu Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Shri Vaibhav Shukla, Advocate would submit that the petitioner has preferred a representation which is pending consideration before the respondent-authorities and the same shall be considered within a period of three months. 3.
