Agrawal Order On Board 29/08/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Panchayat Bhawan is being constructed at Schoolpara whereas as per the resolution of Gram Sabha dated 04.07.2016 it should be constructed at Dhartibari Gram Panchayat, Punji and therefore, he may be permitted to make representation before the respondents No.2 & 3 for redressal of his grievances.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(3) In view of above, the petitioner is permitted to make representation before respondents No.2 & 3 for redressal of his grievances. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before the respondents No.2 & 3 and in that event the respondents No.2 & 3 shall consider and take a decision on the representation of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
