Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 01/09/17 Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that the order of respondent No. 5- SDO, Kawardha is appealable before the Collector under Rule 3(a) of the Chhhattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to prefer an appeal before the Collector expeditiously. 3.

I have heard counsel for the parties. The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

The petitioner is permitted to prefer an appeal before the Collector. If such appeal is filed by the petitioner before the Collector, in turn, the Collector shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law and on its own merit expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
