2. The present petition is filed against the suspension of allotment of the food grain articles which were meant for further distribution to the petitioner society. The suspension of allotment order was passed in the year 2011. The said order was stayed by this Court vide order dated 05.08.2011.

3. With the lapse of time since the fresh allotment orders might have been issued as 8 years have already been passed, therefore, the petition appears to

become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file the petition if the cause of action in future so arises. Sd/- Goutam Bhaduri Judge Ashu
