Durvesula Raghu Ramudu v. Union Of India
HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR Order Sheet MCC No. 279 of 2020 Durvesula Raghu Ramudu Versus Union Of India & Ors. 19.05.2020 Mr. Vivek K. Agrawal, Counsel for the Applicant. Mr. Rajkumar Gupta, Advocate for the Respondent No. 1 to 5.
The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of W.P. (S) No. 2587 of 2019, which got dismissed on account of a peremptory order passed by this Court on 08.05.2019. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, subject to the applicant depositing an amount of Rs. 1,000/- (One Thousand) to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund, Account No. 32749718036 within 10 days from today, WP (S) No. 2587 of 2019 shall stand restored to its original number.
It is made clear that the order would come into effect only on the applicant furnishing the receipt of the cost amount within the stipulated time/period before the Registry, otherwise the order passed by this Court would lose its efficacy. However, the default, if any, would have to be further removed within a period of 7 days from the date of deposit of the cost by the applicant.
The present MCC accordingly stands allowed.
