Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 18/07/2016 Learned State counsel submits that at present the documents which were relied upon by the prosecution have already been supplied to the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner is asking for documents which he needs to use for his defense.

Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute that the document sought by the petitioner is one which the petitioner wants to use for his defense and it is not a document enlisted with the chargesheet. 3.
Therefore, at this stage, no direction is required to be issued. As and when the petitioner opens his defense, after prosecution witnesses are examined, it will be open for him to move application for supply of copy of complaint and on such application moved, the enquiry officer shall decide the
same.
