For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. the delay in filing the M.C.C. is condoned. Also heard on M.C.C. No. 512/2016 application for restoration of W.P.(Cr.) No. 5368/2009 which was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 09.05.2016 on account of order being peremptory in nature. This is also not opposed by the State counsel.
