Agrawal Order On Board 23/08/2017 (1) After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be allowed to raise the plea in the writ statement before the trial court at an appropriate stage. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to raise plea in the written statement before the trial Court and in that event the trial court shall frame issue and decide the same, strictly in accordance with law. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
