P.U.D. has been received from the Court of Special Judge, Kondagaon, praying for extension of time for concluding the trial in the case concerned. This Court had ordered in M.Cr.C No. 2800/2018 by order dated 21.06.2018 to conclude the trial within three months which was earlier extended by order dated 04.10.2018 in Cr.M.P. No. 2022/2018. Thereafter, further extension of time of three months is prayed for.

After due consideration, the prayer made by the Court concerned is allowed. However, it is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted in future. The time is extended for conclusion of trial in the case concerned for three months. Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
