Agrawal Order On Board 19/06/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the full back wages for the period from 25.08.1998 to 28.09.2003 was not paid to the petitioner for which, he has made several representation time to time before the respondents authorities, but the same has not been considered and decided till this date and therefore, direction may be issued to the respondents authorities to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, respondents authorities are directed to

consider and take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner to pay full back wages for the period from 25.08.1998 to 28.09.2003 in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
