(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.337/2015 registered at Police Station Sirgitti, for the offence punishable under Sections 452, 294, 323, 506, 147, 148, 149, 458, 324, 326, 307 of Indian Penal Code. (3) The first bail application of the applicants was dismissed on
merits by order of this Court dated 17.03.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.1535/2016.
(4) Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, nature and gravity of the offence and the fact that trial is on advance stage and 14 material prosecution witnesses have already been examined before the trial Court, the bail application is disposed off with a direction to trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
