Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 21/08/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner has remedy of making representation before the Collector, Mungeli under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

(2) In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the Collector, Mungeli under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and in that event the Collector, Mungeli shall consider and decide the same, strictly in accordance with law.
