(2) Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical mistake in paragraph 1 of the order dated 03.08.2017 the Collector, Bijapur is mentioned whereas it should be Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Durg. (3) After hearing counsel for the petitioner, the prayer is accepted and it is directed that in paragraph 1 of the order dated 03.08.2017 the wordsCollector, Bijapur be read as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Durg. (4) The order dated 03.08.2017 stands modified accordingly and be read along with this order.

(5) Accordingly, the M.C.C. stands disposed of.
