Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 31/08/17 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a complaint to the Collector, Raipur for making an enquiry against the embezzlements of funds under the ODF Scheme, but is pending consideration before the respondent authorities since 25.04.2017 and, therefore, directions may be issued to conclude the same expeditiously. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Raipur is directed to consider and take decision on the same expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
