1. This is second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the applicant before this Court. No other bail application is pending before any other Court. Earlier, the first bail application of the applicant has been dismissed by this Court on 06.12.2018 in MCRC No. 9038 of 2018.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw this bail petition. He further submitted that the trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial and dispose off the case as soon as possible. He further submitted that out of 17 prosecution witnesses 14 witnesses have been examined by the trial Court.

3. Accordingly, the instant bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose off the case as soon as possible preferably within two months after resuming the regular work of the Court.
