ORAL ORDER (24/1 2/2014) Learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation would submit, on telephonic instruction from the Commissioner, that the petitioners would be shifted and allotted some other shop, subject to fulfillment of terms and conditions. He would also submit that it is not a case where only the petitioners are evicted but since the Corporation is going to construct a new stadium in the same place where the present stadium is located, all the shop-keepers who were given shop on rental basis are being evicted 2.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation, no further order is necessary because the petitioners have already been evicted.
