1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in lieu of the amount of maintenance as per agreement with his wife, he has already transferred three acres of his land, therefore, the execution proceeding No. 75/2007 leveled against him by the respondent i.e. his wife deserves to be dropped.

3. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to move an application before the execution Court/ family Court and if such an application is moved by the petitioner, learned family Court would do well to consider and decide the petitioner's application strictly in accordance with law within two months. Interim relief granted earlier shall remain continued till the application is decided.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this criminal miscellanoues petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. stands disposed of. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge Harneet
