This writ petition has been registered on the basis of letter written to one of us (Deepak Gupta, Chief Justice) by one minor namely Ms. Kusumita Chawda. 2.

Shri Sinha, learned counsel for the Respondent No. 5 points out that in fact, mother of the Petitioner, Dr. (Mrs.) Kirti Chawda has already filed Writ Petition (C) No. 501 of 2016 in which substantive relief has been claimed. Therefore, in fact this petition was filed much earlier and in the letter written to this Court, there is no reference of the aforesaid writ petition filed by the mother. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of without going into the question raised herein.
