The challenge in the instant Writ Petition is to the order of suspension dated 19/02/2019 passed by the respondent No.3. 2.

Perusal of the provision governing the respondent No.3 establishment - would show that, the order of suspension is an order which could have been appealed to the District Education Officer of the concerned District. It appears that the petitioner has not preferred an appeal till date and have straight away rushed this Court by filing the Writ Petition. 3.

Reserving the right of the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the impugned order, the instant Writ Petition stands disposed off.

On such an appeal being preferred, the concerned District Education Officer is expected to take a decision at the earliest. 5.
