This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the restoration application.

This is an application for restoration of WPS No.2522 of 2005, which was dismissed as infructuous on 8-9-2014. 4.

In the original application, later on registered as WP, the petitioner had claimed relief of quashment of Annexure - A/16 as also a direction for treating the petitioner on duty from October, 1995.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the relief claimed with respect to Annexure - A/16 was rendered infructuous, however, the cause of action for other relief was intact, therefore, the writ petition deserves to be heard on merits.

In view of the above, order passed on 8-9-2014 in WPS No.2522 of 2005 is recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original number.

A copy of this order be placed on the record of WPS No.2522 of 2005.
