Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 28/08/17 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's land has been acquired by the South Eastern Coalfield Limited in lieu of which neither compensation has been given to the petitioners nor compassionate appointment has been granted to the petitioner's next of kin till date and, therefore, directions may be issued to the respondent authorities to consider and decide the same expeditiously.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed. 4.
Be that as it may, the respondent authorities- S.E.C.L. are directed to consider petitioner's application and take decision on the same expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioners would be at liberty to make an additional representation for the redressal of their grievances.
