Agrawal Order On Board /07/201 (1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 351/2015 registered at Police Station Kawardha, District Kabirdham for the offence punishable under Sections 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. (2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 09.03.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.1239 of 2016. (3) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do no find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Accordingly, the second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
