Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 26/07/2016 An application for modification of order dated 31/05/2016 has been prayed for with an additional prayer that the authority may be directed to consider representation of the petitioner within a stipulated time. 2.

The basis of this application is that even though an observation was made by this Court while disposing off the petition, observation regarding disposal of representation has not come in the order.

I am afraid, this kind of ground cannot be raised. The applicant cannot dispute the correctness of the order passed on Board by this Court. The submission that observations regarding disposal of representation were made but

not contained in the order, are liable to be rejected at the threshold as not maintainable. The submission is against the sanctity of the order of the Court. 4.

However, considering that the petitioner seeks prayer for consideration of his representation, this petition is disposed off with a direction that the representation preferred by the applicant shall be decided within a period of three weeks and the respondents shall also communicate the decision to the applicant in the matter.
