Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the application filed by the petitioners under Section 165 (6) of the C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959 is pending before the respondent No. 1, Collector, Bemetara, District-Bemetara (C.G.) since 29.07.2015 and has not been considered and decided by the respondent No. 1 till date and, therefore, directions may be issued to decide the same expeditiously.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 2.
Be that as it may, the Collector, Bemetara, District- Bemetara (C.G.) is
directed to consider and take a decision on the petitioners' application expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
