(2) Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the statement made by respondents No. 2 & 3 is incorrect and, therefore, the order dated 20.07.2017 passed in W.P. (C) No. 1935 of 2016 be recalled whereas learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 2 & 3 would submit that it is not incorrect.

(3) Considering the submissions made by the parties, order dated 20.07.2017 passed in W.P. (C) No. 1935 of 2016 is recalled. Writ Petition No. 1935 of 2016 is restored to its original file for hearing and disposal in accordance with law.

(4) Accordingly, the review petition is allowed to the extent indicated hereinabove.
