The only limited grievance of the petitioner is that he preferred second appeal before the respondent authority on 25.08.2020 but the same has not been decided till date.

Considering the fact that the limited prayer is made to decide the second appeal under the R.T.I. Act before the Chief Information Commissioner and considering the period lapsed from 26.08.2020, it is directed that the respondent should make all possible efforts to decide the appeal within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of this order.
