(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.157/2012 registered at Police Station Ambikapur, District Surguja, for the offence punishable under Sections 395 & 397 of IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act.

(3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 27.04.2015 passed in M.Cr.C.

No.1604/2015.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the circumstances of the case to entertain this second bail application. Consequently, the second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.

(5) The concerned Superintendent of Police is directed to ensure the production of the remaining witnesses for examination and the trial Court is directed to submit a report regarding conclusion of the trial after three months.
