The limited relief that the petitioners have sought for in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents no. 2 & 3 for taking an appropriate decision on the representation/application under section 33 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that against the award dated 15/09/2018 of Land acquisition proceedings, the petitioners for enhancement of the compensation has approached the authorities by moving an application under

Section 33 of the Act 2013 on 6/03/2021, which till date has not been decided. 3.

The limited relief that the petitioners have sought for is not opposed by the State Counsel.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents no. 2 and 3 to take an appropriate decision on the application under section 33 of Act, 2013 in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
