The grievance as ventilated through this petition is that even though petitioner has been transferred within the jurisdiction of Zila Panchayat, Raipur vide order dated 30/05/2016, and relieved also, but she is not being allowed to join at Raipur.

Considering that the present arrangement of transfer has been made under the instruction of the State Government, unless the order of 30/05/2016 is cancelled, it is obligatory on the part of the concerned Zila Panchayat where petitioner has been transferred, to take her services. 4.
Accordingly, it is directed that if the order exists and in force and not cancelled by any superior authority or directed to be cancelled by superior
authority, the petitioner should be allowed to join within 7 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition is finally disposed off. 6.
This order shall not come in the way of the competent authority in passing appropriate orders in accordance with law after joining of the petitioner.
