1. The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent no. 1 and 2 to take a final decision in the Revenue Case No. 25A-4/2015-16 pending before the respondent no. 2, who is the authority for necessary approval and sanction.

2. The limited relief sought for by the counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the State counsel.
