1. After arguing for a fairly long time, Mr. Punit Ruparel, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that he may be permitted to raise all the grounds before the trial Court, which were raised before this Court.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is

permitted to raise all such grounds before the trial Court, which were raised before this Court and that will be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law.
