1. The trial Court has rejected the application filed on behalf of the petitioners for taking documents on record against which this writ petition has been preferred.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the documents are relevant and the application for taking them on record has been filed with some delay.

Taking into consideration the relevancy of the documents and same were filed with some delay and that the documents are necessary for just and proper disposal of the dispute, the order impugned passed by the Labour Court is set aside subject to payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- to be paid by the petitioners to the respondent workman. Let the documents be taken on record by the Labour Court.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
