Order On Board 11/06/2021 :

1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.216/2018 registered in Police Station Jashpur, District Jashpur for offence under Section 363 and 370/34 of the IPC.

2. This is the 2nd bail application on behalf of the applicant. The earlier bail application was dismissed on 14.8.2020 on merits.

3. It is submitted that material witnesses have been examined during trial. However, the same would not amount to change in the circumstances.

4. No case for entertaining this 2nd bail application is made out. It is accordingly rejected.
